BookingHub Terms of service
Clause 1
BookingHub provides the software a merchant uses to run their own booking site. The merchant contracts directly with their guests.
Clause 2
A subscription is charged per published property, in advance, on the account's renewal date. The current price and trial length are shown on your Billing screen.
Clause 3
Guest payments never pass through BookingHub. Each merchant connects their own payment provider and money settles to their own account. When you cancel a guest's booking, the guest is refunded in full. BookingHub asks your payment provider to make the refund; if the provider cannot complete it, the cancellation does not go through and you can try again.
Clause 4
A merchant is responsible for the content of their site, the accuracy of their listings and the documents their guests accept.
Clause 5
We may suspend an account that does not pay, or a site that breaks these terms, after telling the merchant why.
Clause 6
The 14-day free trial applies to your first published property only. For every property you publish after that, a full month is charged on the day you publish it, and it then joins your shared renewal date. If you unpublish a property it stops being charged from the next cycle; the month already paid is not refunded. If a payment fails, your site stays live for 14 days while you update your card, then the property is unpublished until it is paid. A price change for existing accounts takes effect after 30 days’ notice.
Clause 7
This document is published in English, Armenian and Russian. The three versions say the same thing. If you find a difference between them, tell us and we will correct it. If they ever differ, the English version prevails. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
Clause 8
If we make a material change to this document we tell you and ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. Until you accept, you can sign in but cannot manage the account.
